INTEGRATED CASE PACKING AND PALLETIZING
Choosing whether or not to add a palletizing unit to the end of a production line is often due to a question of space.
Space at production sites is increasingly hard to come by: space is money.
That is why IMA designs compact machines which work efficiently while taking up very little room.
Available in different versions ranging from a basic application, with manual pallet loading, to a more sophisticated one, with automatic empty pallet feeding and full pallet discharge, IMA palletizers are characterized by an extremely high level of technology and utmost reliability.  The machines can be supplied as  standalone units or connected to an IMA/BFB top or side loading case packer.
IMA End of Line Division has developed monobloc solutions integrating side loading, CP18+MINIFLEX and CP18/CP28+2FPS, or vertical loading, Vertical CARTOPALLET, case packing and palletizing into one ergonomic compact unit, an ideal solution in case of space constraint problems.
