Tray loading machines - V/VL Series
V & VL are automatic tray loaders for loading vials onto plastic, metal or paperboard trays. The tray loaders have been designed for installation in aseptic production environments and can have up to 2 loading positions, each accommodating 2 trays (positions are changed automatically when full). By means of mechanical devices, trays are filled with vials in staggered rows and it is therefore possible to optimize the tray capacity and consequently the lyophiliser capacity. A series of tray loading/unloading facilities have also been designed to meet the specific requirements of lyophilization lines, where the transfer operation of vials to and from the lyophiliser is a crucial part of the processing phase.
