BLUE GALAXY is a series of de-pyrogenating tunnels designed to be inserted in production lines that require continuous de-pyrogenation by means of dry heat.
The wide range of manufactured tunnels gives the possibility of satisfying any production requirements; in the same way the high technology allows the use of these tunnels for any kind of application and this is why they can be easily integrated in lines designed to handle high toxic compounds and/or in lines with isolators.

The series comprises a variety of models with different dimensions: 550 FL, 870 FL and FLS, 1250 FL and FLS, 1250 2FLS and 1250 3FLS. A DRY-HEAT version is also applicable to all a.m. models.
The system of air balancing, pressurization and heating/cooling allows an effective thermal treatment of glass containers.
Class M3.5 air is guaranteed along the entire path. The heat treatment can be set according to the container to be treated, as well as the process parameters, and guarantees a reduction of endotoxins higher than 3 log. All instrumentation can be fit with devices for easy adjustment and calibration. Technical specifications and technological characteristics guarantee stability of set temperatures in time and space.
The tunnels can be built with modular system.
